01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and cium918 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the website located at cium918.cam and all related services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any service provided by cium918, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the cium918 Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be in violation of this policy may be suspended or permanently closed, and any balance held in those accounts may be forfeited.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and cium918 shall bear no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access attributable to your failure to secure your credentials.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

cium918 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gambling and anti-fraud standards. You may be required to submit the following documents at any point, but particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian National Identity Card / MyKad, passport, or equivalent)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement)
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the cium918 compliance team

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. cium918 processes KYC submissions with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

05 Terms of Use

5.1 General Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, cium918 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

5.2 Game Rules

All games available on the cium918 Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within the relevant game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and the specific game rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent third-party testing bodies.

5.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are offered on a wide range of events including but not limited to EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Liga Super Malaysia, and UFC events. All bets are final once confirmed. cium918 reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets affected by system errors, data feed errors, or other technical abnormalities. In-play bets accepted after an event outcome has been determined will be voided.

5.4 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that results in erroneous game results or wagers being placed or paid out incorrectly, cium918 reserves the right to void affected bets and reverse any related transactions. Players will be notified of any such action via their registered contact details.

06 Deposits & Payments

cium918 accepts deposits exclusively through the Supported Payment Methods listed in Section 2. All deposit transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment channel and account verification status.

• Deposits via DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically processed instantly.
• Deposits via FPX (bank transfer through Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, or Public Bank) may take 5–15 minutes to credit.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB) are credited upon sufficient network confirmations, typically within 10–30 minutes depending on network congestion.

cium918 does not accept third-party deposits. Funds deposited must originate from an account or payment method registered in the same name as the cium918 player account. Third-party deposits will be reversed and the account flagged for review.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to applicable limits and KYC requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed within 5 business minutes for fully verified accounts under normal operating conditions.

Withdrawal requests will be subject to review where:

• KYC verification has not been completed in full
• An active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements remains on the account
• The account is under investigation for suspected fraud, collusion, or breach of these Terms
• The withdrawal request exceeds the daily or weekly withdrawal limits applicable to the player's account tier
• The payment method details provided do not match the registered account name

cium918 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification prior to placing their first deposit to avoid delays.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by cium918 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any portion of the winnings attributable to bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount credited and vary by promotion:

• 100% Standard Welcome Bonus — Wagering Requirement: 10x the bonus amount

8.3 Bonus Restrictions

A player may only claim each welcome bonus offer once. Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. cium918 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect bonuses already credited and in active use.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit or abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal financial risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinated play across accounts — constitutes Bonus Abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cium918 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, technical errors, or pricing discrepancies to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes
• Charging back or reversing payment transactions after winnings have been credited or wagering has commenced
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at cium918 staff or other players

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the cium918 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations — is the property of cium918 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted no rights, title, or interest in any such content beyond the limited licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes as described in Section 5.1.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of cium918.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cium918 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, system downtime, or connectivity issues
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software defects or data feed failures
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including Maybank, CIMB, or e-wallet operators

Nothing in these Terms shall limit cium918's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
