Our Story
About cium918 —
Built for Malaysian Players
We are more than just an online gaming platform. We are a team that genuinely understands what Malaysian players want — and we built cium918 around that understanding.
Who We Are
The cium918 Story
cium918 was built from the ground up with one clear focus: delivering a world-class online gaming experience that feels genuinely local to Malaysia. Long before we opened our virtual doors, our founders spent time listening — to players in Kuala Lumpur who wanted faster withdrawals, to bettors in Johor Bahru who followed Liga Super Malaysia religiously, to slot enthusiasts in Penang who had grown tired of platforms that treated Malaysia as an afterthought.
What emerged from those conversations was cium918 — a platform designed around the daily realities of Malaysian players. We integrated every major Malaysian payment method from day one: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. We priced our minimum deposits in ringgit, structured our bonuses around how Malaysian players actually bet, and staffed our support team with people who understand the local context.
Since launch, cium918 has grown into a trusted destination for hundreds of thousands of players across Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Penang, Johor Bahru, and beyond. Our game library spans over 1,200 certified titles — from high-RTP video slots and progressive jackpots to live baccarat tables, sports betting markets covering EPL, La Liga, and UFC, and a dedicated live football section for match-day action.
"We did not set out to build just another online casino. We set out to build the online casino that Malaysian players actually deserved — one that respects their time, their money, and their culture." — cium918 Founding Team
Growth has never come at the expense of integrity. Every game on cium918 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by third-party testing bodies. Our platform operates under internationally recognised online gaming standards, and we maintain a strict responsible gambling policy — because we believe sustainable trust matters more than short-term volume. We enforce a minimum age of 21 for all registered accounts, in line with responsible gambling norms applicable to casino-style gaming.
cium918 is committed to fair play, data privacy, responsible gambling, and transparent operations. We publish our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gambling guidelines openly — because you deserve to know exactly how we operate. For players aged 21 and above only.
What Drives Us
Our Mission & Core Values
Six principles that guide every decision we make — from product development to customer support.
Player-First Design
Every feature we build starts with a single question: does this make life easier for the player? From deposit flows to mobile navigation, we optimise for the person playing — not the platform.
Uncompromising Security
256-bit SSL encryption protects every page and transaction. We never store card details or share personal data with third parties without explicit consent. Your security is non-negotiable.
Fairness & Transparency
All games are powered by certified RNG systems and independently audited. We publish RTP ranges, bonus terms, and wagering requirements clearly — no hidden conditions, no fine print surprises.
Local Commitment
Malaysia is not just a market to us — it is home. We support MYR transactions natively, carry Liga Super Malaysia and EPL odds, and keep our customer support team culturally in tune with Malaysian players.
Responsible Gambling
We provide self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, and loss limit settings for every account. Gambling at cium918 is strictly for players aged 21 and above, and we actively encourage players to gamble responsibly.
Speed & Reliability
Instant deposits via DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Withdrawal processing under 5 minutes for verified accounts. 99.9% platform uptime — because downtime during a live football match is simply not acceptable.

cium918 reaches 500,000 registered accounts and launches cryptocurrency deposit support for BTC, ETH, USDT, and BNB — with a dedicated 2% crypto deposit bonus.

Local at Heart
Our Commitment to Malaysian Players
We do not just operate in Malaysia — we are invested in it. Here is what that looks like in practice.
Native MYR Support
All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus values are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit. No currency conversion, no hidden forex fees. When we say RM50 minimum deposit, that is exactly what it costs — RM50.
Local Sports Coverage
Liga Super Malaysia odds sit alongside EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League markets. We cover the football that Malaysian fans actually watch — not just the marquee European leagues. UFC Fight Night is also fully covered.
Multilingual Support
Our live chat team handles queries in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Whether you are from Bangsar, Chow Kit, or Brickfields — our support team speaks your language and understands your context.
Responsible Gambling First
We enforce a strict 21+ age policy and provide deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools to every registered player. Our welfare team monitors for at-risk patterns and reaches out proactively. Gambling is entertainment — never a solution. Visit our Responsible Gambling page to learn more.
